About TraderClicks

History

TraderClicks was started in 2009 in an effort to address the requirements of Kiwi companies looking for the elusive "website-that-works" alongside effective online-marketing without being hobbled by over the top charges. Since it's establishment TraderClicks has gone from strength to strength in developing an effective team adept at building web-based products and expertly delivering services to small and middle sized New Zealand businesses. Focussed on providing the maximum "bang for the buck", TraderClicks provides cutting edge websites and marketing activities and all with verifiable results.

Sustainable Pricing

We aim for all our client relationships to be fruitful well into the future. Accordingly, we price our solutions to be sustainable for both our clients and ourselves. This strategy is why our clients can expect consistently excellent service in exchange for a reasonable investment and why we are dedicated to ensuring our clients continually receive the best possible service.

Setting Expectations

TraderClicks' main aim is to make the web accessible to more businesses. We make it so that lack of time and expertise isn't a barrier for our clients to get the most out of the web and still run a great business. Our role is to provide an interface between ordinary business people and the top technical service providers in the industry, to set the right expectations and to ensure projects are delivered to expectation - on time and on budget.

Transparency and Openness

We believe it's in the interests of ongoing and successful client relationships to keep clients well informed of all aspects of work performed on their behalf and relevant industry developments. Everyone under the TraderClicks banner is approachable, open and honest.

Unlimited Personal Support

Unlimited personal support (by phone or email) is included as standard in ALL our Management & Support and Marketing Support plans.
